# of impact players on my team vs CPU teams

How do I get more impact players? Sometimes other teams will have 4 on their offensive line ALONE while I have maybe 2 on offense? What do I need to change or is this a glitch?

Get lucky with your recruits.

Also impact isn't the highest dev trait.

He isn't talking about the dev trait. He's asking about the players with stars under their feet during games.

Don’t know what gives a player a star on the field (maybe just an OVR threshold?) as I’ve only used bad teams so far in dynasty and have only had 1 on offense and 1 on defense (which is the minimum I’m pretty sure).

And it’s definitely not a glitch and EA specifically mentioned in a deep dive that teams can have many impact players.

I’m pretty sure that the answer to getting more impact players is simply to git gud with your recruiting and development of your players.

I think its a mix of rating(biggest factor for at start of season) and stats and maybe even seniority as well. in my QB RTG I've seen it swap between different WRs and HBs. My senior year now having 2 OL, 2 WRs, HB, and me as QB all impact on offense.

at minimal, you will have 1 on offense, 1 on defense. there is not max now.

I don't look atvthe stars under at all. Notice them but it's not high on my priority list.

Skill players with a star are great. They seem to make a real difference in games. They get open, brake that tackle, get the interception whatever.

I am confused on this as well, as 1 of my DE was an IP and next season (or midway cant remember) it switched to my other DE. The original was a Heisman winner and putting up numbers still, so what happened?

My best time I had one year in my Rutgers dynasty a starting front 7 that all were star impact players, with one winning the Heisman in the end with 27 sacks. I absolutely cackled when i played the week one game and saw that.


I've never had a defense play so good, only year i've gone undefeated in dynasty too (year is 2040 in that one take that how you will).
