Where Are The Head Coaches In The Game?

Can someone educate me on implementation of head coaches in the game? I downloaded the most recent roster version and have yet to see head coaches incorporated into the game. My assumption was you would see head coaches from time to time during the cutscenes in the game. Thank you in advance!

If you call a timeout, you should see them.

I’ve only seen cut scenes of coaches during grudge match games.
