Don't know what's worse, Atlanta 3.0 or more expansion.

I'm already not a fan of the 4 divisions of 8 format they have right now (NFL style wouldve been best scenario), but 34 teams?

Unless you're just doing 2 conferences and 0 divisions, how do you balance that?
