Got a few offline bouts in with the beta...

    First impressions...

Punch tracking is noticeably improved and the AI doesn't robo block when stunned anymore...

That sounds good, much needed. It’s been weird, I play offline and it feels like the punch tracking has gotten noticeably worse since the big December update. Have there been mini update(s) since then I didn’t see?

in the beta promo they showed a clip ducking under a hook. So I was hoping that the punch tracking would stop once the punch is launched which would make l2 viable for defence.

You can clearly see DLH duck under several hooks in that video...

Ducking under a punch should be timing based, if you don't duck as soon as the punch animating begins, it should continue to track you...

That's exactly how it worked in this beta, you have to time it right...The AI has button reading which we don't, hence why its able to slip punches at a much higher rate...
