I've run 100+ games maybe 200 at this point across a dozen slow sim slider sets and have never seen this myself. The only time I came close to that was a team that had HORRIBLE WRs and their RBs, who were Receiving backs, always got open. I assume its also a QB trait to be nervous in the pocket and always check down.
CPU vs CPU Players... How are you enjoying the game. Anything Specific you recommend?
