SDS PLEASE allow us to use the college teams, High School teams, new stadiums, aluminum bats and new college stadium/crowd audio in exhibition mode!!!

I am not and NEVER will be a Road To The Show player.

If you can make that happen it would make me feel a little more positive about MLB The Show 25.

If not 25, I hope they get the college games into franchise mode for 26. Like how you can play the HR Derby, all-star games in franchise, have a handful or two of college games playable so you can scout players for the draft.

Excited to have the college options...will probably play this more than the pros.

The teams are only in RTTS per the trailer, and per SDS’s official features list are limited to 3-4 games within that mode. I imagine you’re expecting full games where reality appears it’ll be like the Negro Leagues: only playable as a short, curated experience.

So does anyone know what college teams being in the game consists of? I was assuming it was just jerseys essential. But are ya'll thinking they are going to have the college players and stadiums?

So stupid that they spend all this money to get college (and negro league teams) and then keep the ability to play as those teams locked in a specific game mode. How hard would it be to have a tournament mode, or short season, or even just exhibition play with these teams? All the time and money spent putting aluminium bats and college stadiums in the game and players like me will never ever see it. So dumb.

This is just a guess, and I could be totally wrong. But I’m guessing the only college teams we’ll get are the ones whose logos were on the wall from the trailer. Hopefully there’s more, but i’m not counting on it.

So they’ve announced that in rtts you play 3 or 4 college games. I’d be willing to bet that is the extent of colleges being in this game. No stadiums other than the College World Series stadium they’ve already shown which seems to have just been made in stadium creator. No teams other than the 8 we’ve been shown. And no actual college players. And unlikely you can play full games with any of those teams outside of rtts.

Pretty much my thoughts. And if that gets you excited more power to you. And honestly I plan to check it out. But I’d say expecting more is just setting yourself up for disappointment.

I don't know. It's like they're trying to go a million different directions with this game, and end up only halfway implementing things. We have the challenge rule that has been in MLB for years, and still isn't even close to being fully implemented into the game. We have stadium creator that's been in for years that has never been expanded beyond dinosaurs and aliens.(Things that no one was asking for) Now we have the negro leagues and college that can't be touched outside of one mode. I really don't know what they're going for these days.
