I'm trying something new for Universe Mode and doing it on Youtube. I'm still learning many programs so it will be a work in progress as it goes. Im trying to upload a lot so i can learn programs. I know Ep 1 the audio cuts out when i talk which i have fixed in Ep 2. Its a learning curve and hoping to find something that fits between commentary or letting the game talk etc etc.

Is anyone who is playing on PC able to get backstage brawls working with a second controller? Mine doesn't show for this match but does for every other match type. I was trying to do a backstage brawl in play now with a second controller to make some parking lot or backstage promos.

You can absolutely play the matches in this mode! It's a sandbox mode where you can do almost whatever you would like.

What I want is to be say a nxt star and I want to see if I can get to the main roster and so on

Yea you can do that.

Just let the CPU handle all of the match/card making and you just play as that one person.

Almost like a bare boned career mode.

You might have to book yourself into matches in the beginning and/or give yourself goals before you "allow" yourself to move up to the main roster.

when setting up divisions in universe is it better to leave some guys out of divisions, so the main guys get more focus/card time?

Since anyone not in a division won't get auto booked that could be a good way to "take them off tv" to get the main guys more matches.

For my universe set up.
I like to only control one wrestler from each division. I have a heavyweight, midcard, jobber division, and a tag team division.
Though I often have to manually book some of the jobber/midcard guys to make sure they don't go 2 months without a match.

If I'm auto booked I play that match if not I wrestle the person above or below me in the division and if there are rival actions or anything develops then I wrestle them.

The goal is for my controlled wrestler to win the championship of that division. Once they then lose the championship they move up to the next division and one wrestler goes down.

I try whenever possible to include rival actions, random events I created and some reason for matches. Like if I was attacked on Raw and a ple is coming up maybe I have a promo the next week and a match at the ple.

My game style is more pro wrestling than sports entertainment and it's a lot less work than trying to keep spreadsheets and try to force a match to happen to set up a ple down the road though I wish things were added to the game to make it easier to do the long term storytelling that WWE does.

Is there anyway to delete a stable without loosing the teams in it? I want to disband Final Testament stable without deleting Authors of Pain Tag team.

]Have they fixed the bug in universe where the tag team rival action plays like a team won the match even when they lost.

I'm not sure if there is, but there seems to be a minor bug with Authors of Pain not displaying how long the team has been active in Universe. All other teams that are being used in Universe show the year/month counter, but theirs always stays at zero. I've tried changing the order of the team, deleting it and adding it again etc. Nothing seems to work.
