I am very happy to release my April 2025 roster for this game. Already four years in a row supplying roster updates.

Anyone willing to help with uniform updates?
This season a few teams have changed and will change their uniforms, particularly their City Connect versions.

1. Teams needing City Connect updates: Boston, Houston, Colorado, San Francisco, Chicago White Sox and Miami. Almost all teams need City Connect updates.
2. Teams needing full set updates: Athletics (small tweaks), Washington, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh (small tweaks), San Diego and Arizona.

In this post you can find my uniform templates for photoshop. If you are willing to help, post in this thread and mention the teams you are working on.

April 2025 Roster update.

As usual, click on this link if you want to have a look at the spreadsheet linked to this roster update and to help editing a few fields. With a spreadsheet as that one it is relatively easy to generate a roster update. Still no roster editor yet.

Notes:

• Fixed an error that all my previous roster updates were carrying. More information here.
• Rosters are accurate as of April 24 2025. Marlins and Angels rosters are accurate as of May 14 2025 though.
• Some fields are random, mainly player skin color, player likeness, salaries and contract length. For the 25 players in each of the MLB rosters, skin color is more or less accurate. If you want to help, please reply here in this thread to be able to update the values in those fields for each player.
• The whole 90 player roster is updated for all franchises. Not only in MLB but also all the minor league teams. Thanks to baseball-reference and fangraphs for sharing all that information.
• Thanks to MBMavs20 for his 2020-2024 pitch edits. Hopefully he will share a new table with his pitch edits.
• All-star rosters are according to the 2024 season. Keep in mind that this game only allows 25 players per team in its current form (15 for Class A teams) including all-star rosters.
• Guardians replace the Indians as team name and the Athletics have no city assigned, it is just Athletics. Wait for the 2025 Game Patch to have updated textures. Still looking for help to update uniforms.
• This time I have decided to include two Ohtani's, one is a pitcher and the other one a position player.
• Injured players as of April 24 2025 that have been in an MLB team this year appear in the minors, most of them at least.
• In this roster there are 45 pitchers and 45 position players per franchise. This is a constraint from this game. We stick to it to be able to complete player trades and to avoid strange behavior in RTTS.
• Audio player names are either correct or there is no audio at all. Adding more variety to player appearance, pitching and batting stances.
• This roster update takes the stock roster as a base. Just save in game the stock roster in any slot, back it up in Vita Save Manager (or any other similar tool), replace your decrypted game saves for this game with my files. Restore it in Vita Save Manager.

Yesterday, I found an error that triggers a game crash. Around 150 players in the whole roster trigger this error. Anytime you check a team roster and find a player wearing a blue cap with the MLB logo, as in the screenshot below, and you press triangle to see his attributes or try to make a trade with that player the game will crash.

The good part is that I found a solution and my April 2025 roster update does not have this problem. Just be aware that this problem is still present in all my previous roster updates.

Sounds like the PS4 jailbreak is legit and rivals what exists for PS3.

I'm one update ahead of the current firmware patches (>11.5) Really anxious to see what this might unlock.

23-25 being cross-platform, we may even be able to get rosters to next-gen!

Here is my edit to add Pete Rose jersey on the left field wall at the Reds stadium. I placed it a little bit to the right side with respect to the real one.
I have added the Mr. Redlegs jersey too. These screenshots are taken on the PS Vita, not the greatest quality.

I have the roster working and game patch working but the game loads in the old roster on every game restart, did I install wrong? Is there any workaround for this? Thanks for any reply

Probably, please read the guidelines to load updated rosters. If needed, check last years' threads. All the information is there. Anyway, if you still experience problems share it here in this thread to try to help you.
