Not really. There are unfinished sets by joefly1968 who never seems to finish any of his rosters every year. They are not usable and maybe 33% done. A few others have posted all time sets but they will require a lot of roster moves as you will see HOFers in A or AA while the MLB roster has some of today’s players.

Jim Meyers is working on a 1985 set but that won’t be ready for some time,

Thanks to SDS the editing process has become more complex and bug ridden which I believe is keeping folks away from even attemtiong classic rosters.

Carry over rosters y2y is the answer, but they won’t do it.
