The rosters forum has several current roster sets that are fantastic....Daflyboys, Rickster, to name a few.

As far as getting them from your PC to your Xbox, you will need a device called Action Replay. It is a memory card that connects to your PC via a USB port, and then you can transfer rosters, game saves, etc. to your Xbox with the memory card.

You can get them at most electronics/video game stores for about $19-29 US.

You can also download an awesome editor created by Flying Finn....with this editor you can edit the rosters and do global attribute edits to players, update the game with current schedules, and more.
