Matt Mock, also, OU with Josh Hueple (or however you spell his name). FSU did some good things with Chris Rix, and VT won the ACC with Msrcus Randall. I don't think anyone would consider these QB's top notch. Sometimes a team is so good all they need is a QB who won't lose it, not a QB that will win it.
