Problems aside, NHL2k has been the hands-down king since NHL2k5, NHL2k6 got them further to the top, with excellent goalies and amazing varition and realistic style. Been playing them hockeygames forever (hockey on c64) and 2k got it nailed. To bad they screwed up the 360 version of NHL2k6 with the crap goalies , the shrug and stupid move-logic of the goalies, JUST KEEP THE XBOX version goalies !!! But I do agree that 2k should get a better QA team and fix their bugs.

If 2k fix the goalies, or revert back to the goalie AI from XBOX version of 2k6 , 2k has the best shot to be king.

Aint impressed by either EA or 2k when it comes to GFX this year with NHL2kX, and NHL200X.
