I have been having problems with my Action Replay for Xbox ever since I purchased it. I can only transfer files from my PC to my memory card about 1 out of every 100 tries.

I constantly get the messge "The USB device failed to enumerate". Anybody else get this message when booting up Action Replay PC software? How do I fix this? HELP
