Use a padded mailer and I recommend that you ask the post office about insurance. It costs about $1.50. There is no charge for the roster. Return postage, or a stamped envelope or a few bucks to cover return postage is always greatly appreciated and greatly facilitates the process as well, but if you send nothing but a memory card, I will still copy the file and send it back to you.
