    Tony Freakin' Romo

    In just three starts.....

Tony Romo has completed 69 percent of his passes for 862 yards, 5 touchdowns, and one interception. That's with a 70-yard TD drop by Terrell Owens that might have been his best pass yet.

He beautifully engineered the drive to the Washington 13 yard line for the game winning field goal before the debacle on the kick.

With three full games under his belt, Romo looks more and more like the Cowboys QB of the future.

I watched today thinking I'd actually rather have Romo than Leinart for the future of my franchise, and I really like Leinart as a player. Romo was more elusive in the pocket, had a quicker release, and every bit as strong an arm. In fact, Romo had more zip on his throws than Leinart.

This has made the season for me as a Cowboys fan.

Some aspire to make the playoffs and some for championships.

Others are content simply to find their quarterback of the future.

That's how far the Cowboys have fallen.

What are you waiting for, Erod? Go ahead and say it.

You'd rather have Romo than McNabb.

            Go on.

            You can do it.

C'mon, you know you want to.

It's predictable. Anyone on one of Erod's team shows signs of life, we get a thread like this.

Remember the Adrian Peterson is the greatest running back in the history of college football after his 4th college game ever?

I will say that I would take Romo over Eli though.

Hell, I'm still trippin' when he said he'd rather have Quincy Carter than McNabb. That was horrific.

I still say, while he may be the real deal, it's still only Game 3. He nearly gave Rolle 6 the other way on that fake spike which wasn't even the play called per Bill Parcells.
