    For all you guys wanting to gain muscle, size, etc.

    This article is dead on.

    I suggest these types of foods to all of my clients and you can't go wrong with any of them.

              Yeah keep working on it, it might take awhile, once you get to a certain size it might take longer to get bigger.

                I have really long arms... so it's hard as heck for any muscle to show. My 16" arms would look so much larger on shorter arms... which sucks... haha. the 16" was early last month, so I may have gained another 1/4" or so since then... but probably nothing drastic. I'm wanting to get around the 19" mark... or somewhere around there... that may be overkill... but I can wish.

                  I'm at 19" right now. If you want bigger arms...don't do more bicep curls. Start killing your Triceps. Your tris make up about 80% of your arm.

                    Yep, that is the best way to make your arms bigger. My are 16, but I stop working out so I am sure they might be 15 by now lol. But when I did work out I did a lot of triceps reps!

                        Yeah, that's what I'm really focusing on now AA... thanks for the advice. For the past 5 workouts or so, I've really focused on triceps...

                        What kind of a wingspan do you have man?

                          I've wanted to get bigger ever since I realized how sad it was that I could fit my whole hand around my bicep. I've tried eating more, drinking whey protein, and neither has worked.

                            Honestly..I have no clue. I haven't done any measurements in a while. I only know my Biceps because one of the other trainers at the gym was interested and pulled out the tape measure to compare 4 of us. One of the guys I work with has 21" arms..and the scrawniest legs you've ever seen. He looks like a cartoon character.

                            I'm trying to trim up right now...As of last March I was 6'2" 255. Today I weighed in at 238 and came in around 9 1/2% bodyfat. My personal diet goes something like this....

                            1st meal-6 egg whites plus one yolk, 1 cup of oatmeal with either grapes, raisins, or dried cranberries, banana.

                            2nd meal-2 scoops of protein powder in skim milk (roughly 50 grams of protein), Broccoli with hummus, mouthful of unsalted sunflower seeds.

                            3rd meal-tuna with either triscuits (reduced fat) or whole grain bread (2 slices), some type of fruit (pineapple, mango slices mostly)

                            4th meal (usually before I workout)- 2 scoops of whey protein in skim milk, a cup of oatmeal with some type of fruit as a topping, mouthful of unsalted sunflower seeds.

                            5th meal-protein shake within an hour of finishing my workout.

                            6th meal-stir fry beef with vegetables (onions, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots), 1 cup of brown rice, glass of milk, mouthful of sunflower seeds.

                            7th meal (right before bed)-protein shake with a mouthful of sunflower seeds.

                              Wow... that is an impressive schedule you have going there... That's what is getting me... I'm eating healthy, and getting enough protein through shakes and regular eating... but not a whole lot of vegetables... etc.

                              The tuna, there's no way I could stomach that stuff... haha. Everything else I could maybe do. How do you cook your eggs/whites?

                              Also... what tricep exercises do you do? Right now, I'm lifting higher weights with around 5-6 reps each set... doing 4 sets. The last set I do a burnout, getting in as many as I can...
