Re: Just for fun: Legends QB

Hm I didn't even think about this til I saw BK's avatar. I like the idea of regionalized covers or having a template and then printing a pic to put on your own cover.

Anyways Here's my starter and backup QB for each team:

Buffalo: Jim Kelly/Joe Ferguson
NYJ: Namath/Ken O'brien
MIA: Marino/Bob Griese
NE: Grogan/Plunkett

PITT: Bradshaw/Kordell Stewart
CIN: Esiason/Ken Anderson
CLE: Kosar/Graham (Graham is only the backup due to the audience for the game)
BAL: N/A

IND: Unitas/Bert Jones
JAX: N/A
TENN: Moon/Pastorini
HOU: N/A

DEN: Elway/Craig Morton
KC: Dawson/DeBerg
SD: Fouts/John Hadl
OAK: Stabler/Daryle Lamonica

CAR: N/A
TB: Williams/tough to find a backup if only Testeverde retired
ATL: Bartkowski/Chandler
NO: Archie Manning/Billy Kilmer

CHI: McMahon/Harbaugh
MIN: Tarkenton/Erik Kramer
DET: Layne/Peete
GB: Starr/Lynn Dickey

NYG: Simms/Tittle
PHI: Cunningham/Jaworski
DAL: Staubach/Aikman*
WAS: Theismann/Jurgenson

SEA: Krieg/Zorn
STL: Roman Gabriel/Everett
SF: Montana**/Young
AZ: Lomax/Jim Hart

* Since Aikman is recently retired and is actively working in the booth he may not want to be represented in such a game. If this is the case then slide Danny White as the backup

** Montana is very much against the NFL these days. Every time he has an opportunity to do something that associates himself with the league he declines or asks for money. So he may not want to be represented in such a game. If that is the case then bump Young up to the starter spot and slide in John Brodie as the backup.
