I don't like this deal, sure the braves now have what looks like one of the best bullpen's in baseball but they continue to lose even more offense in the lineup and are now starting to lose defense since LaRoche is a great defensive player. The entire left side of the infield is now going to consist of Kelly Johnson or Martin Prado at 2nd base and Scott Thorman at 1st base. I agree with people who say the key to winning is having great pitching but if you can't score you can't win and if you commit too many errors you can't win either so im not liking this trade in the sense we lost more than we gained skill wise.
