The regular season starts June 28th. The off-season was a snooze fest. There weren't many trades or free agent signings.
The biggest moves were probably Ed Hervey/Carl Kidd retiring, Argos re-signing Damon Allen, and the Stamps signing Akili Smith. Shaun King was signed and released.

For a 3rd straight year I see a Lions/Argos Grey Cup. The Lions are clearly the best team in the league and anything short of a championship will be a disappointment. We're strong at every position.
