Went to the game tonight. Braves fans were utterly annihilated by traveling Detroit fans. Braves fans literally just stood there and took it dry, which for me was surprising having grown up in Boston. The back and forth between Braves and Tigers fans was good natured all around, and pretty clean.

Overall, it was pretty bizarre for me seeing people enjoy themselves without cussing or telling dirty jokes in front of kids. I personally love perverse, sicko jokes, but it feels kinda twisted when telling them to little kids. I saw none of that from Braves and Tigers fans. Bizarre.

I wish there were some bars around the park. I mostly stuck to the outfield area, and didn't see any nearby. The area surrounding the ballpark seems pretty dead to be honest. Before the game I literally walked a block away from the field, and began to fear for my safety due to the sketchiness of the area.
