Very very tough call!
I think it comes down to what you personally like. If you are a more dedicated fan of college or pro. I played the ncaa 08 demo and it is a great game! The best EA has released in many years.
2K8 on the other hand has a lot of replayability with all the combinations of legends that can be used. I am really looking forward to both honestly!!!!

Good luck making your decision, I would vote 2k8 though, what a great concept of drafting (assigning) legends from all the different years and teams to your team! This is a killer idea!!!
