As has been said in the NCAA forum, depends on several things as to whether the cpu will run the ball. Such as your style of defense (if you're blitzing and stacking the line as most ppl do then it makes no sense for the cpu to run), if it's having success passing, if it is behind and finally most importantly if you're using short quarters (shorter than 8) it seems to make the cpu rush less.

Personally I'm having almost too much issues with the cpu rushing on me. They kill me on the rushing game it seems lately. I'm scared of what Ricky Williams will do to me when Madden comes out now heh heh..
