I have that same attitude, but it doesn't end with sports games. I can play any game with just single player.. unless it's a game that HAS to be online (ex. Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided).

matters to me alot, but I've been playing football games w/o online capabilities all my life, so no need for me to cry over it
