I don't know about the player ratings but the team ratings posted on football-gaming.com seem pretty low.

A couple of teams are overall 88 and a couple more at 86 and then down from there.

I can't recall a SB champion being under 90 before. If the Bucs can maintain their offensive streak from their playoff games, their offense should upgrade over the season.
