Which of the following Xbox 360 games are you planning to purchase?

from the list above NBA2k6 and PGR3, not on the list Oblivian. Will have to give GOW, PDZ, and Saints Row a rental when they come out.

I think they are keeping it to sports/racing titles thus the exclusion of PDZ etc.

I know Amped never had the same success of a game like Madden, but man, those are some low numbers for it considering the devoted fanbase it seemed to have had. I would like to see a seperate pole asking how many people would have been interested in Amed 3 if 2K hadn't turned it into another SSX and kept it closer to its original roots. I know they lost me with that move.

From that list, NBA 2K6 is the only game on the list that I'm really interested in purchasing... especially given the price 59.99 price tag. I will probably rent some of the others to test drive.

inino - i hear what you're saying about amped. I was a fan of Amped too, but it just didn't have the fun factor of games like SSX (imo) Maybe this is an attempt to bring a little more fun into it. I think I'll give it a try... it looks pretty wacky, but if you look at the tricks, it's not all arcadey imo. Btw, I think amped3 was in the works long before 2K came around, so I'm not sure where you're getting that from. And 2K Sports/ESPN bringing this new whimsical style doesn't quite match their history of making nothing but SIM sports up to this point.

I am going to get Madden, NBA Live 2006 and NHL 2K. Oblivion and The Outfit are two others that I will drop cash on....

I believe the 2007 renditions of EA Sports will be deep in game modes. Hopefully 2K improves MLB....

I already have Madden06 and NBA2k6 pain in full, I figure I will quite busy with both of then for sometime.

nba live 06 looks alot better than nba 2k6..

live 06 beats 2k6 on current gen systems and it will be the same for next gen
