1up has posted their preview of Top Spin 3.

Not too much new information.

As one of the comments mentions on that page, I too am surprised we haven't seen tennis use the RAS. It seems like the most natural sport to apply this too. I guess the difficulty is figuring out how someone would choose what type of shot they'd want.
