This should come out for PS3

I'll def. take a flyer on the PS2 game if the price is right though. I play this at my friend's house all the time and its very impressive.

I don't think we're going to see this series on the PS3 or 360 anytime soon. If Konami wants to make a MLB game for those platforms, we're more likely to see a MLB-ified PYS game instead.

I would love to see that.

I'm so excited! This is turning out to be a pretty awesome year for gaming in general, and sports gaming specifically. Can't wait to pick this up for my Wii and FINALLY for my DS. My only disapointment is that there don't seem to be any plans for releasing this on the XBOX 360. Could you imagine the achievements and downloadable content?...(drooling)

Why can't they release this for PSP??? It seems like a perfect fit (and an easy port)...

Best baseball game I've ever played, can't wait for the new one because of MLB life.

Re: 2K Sports and Konami Swing into Action with MLB® Power Pros 2008

All they really need is to fix some defensive player selection issues, a few more difficulty options (pitch speed, cursor size), one-button swinging option, get rid of the cut-to-black transition between batter cam and fielder cam, and add 480p/16:9 options.

When that's done, I don't know what game can touch this.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and roster updates and online play.

But this game really should be released for PS3.
