I do not use Paint.net but I have the hardest time in PS to remove them stupid grid lines... I have tho touched up other peoples cars and they have vanished.

Make sure you select that layer and hide it prior to saving the file. Usually it will have an eye icon or something. Clicking it will hide it, then you generate the image.

So Sorry TCrouch, but I want to make sure I don't get DQ'd so to speak do to some type of rules violation now that were getting down to crunch time but I did read a "White" base is acceptable?

Make the base "OS" Blue or Gray. Typically you'd see black or white used in highlights or accents. The majority of the car must obviously match our color scheme.

Thanks, I will be resubmitting my entry. As I thought the grid lines were for the game

For future reference they are called Reference Only in the PSD file.

Re: NASCAR 09 "Create an OS Car" Contest

Now that I have this 3d Program figured out just when I thought I have a work able design................................. trash LOL, I find myself refreshing a design several times in 3d just to make sure everything flows well.

I will say that as of right now if I can get the time off of work today (haha) This one will make any others I have done Look foolish, Well ok not foolish.. But yeah

Thanks again for the info on removing them stoooopid grid lines.
