My wife and I just usually bake fish in the oven. Throw it in some aluminum foil with some italian dressing. Voila!

This is cooked on the grill of course for the summer.

Nice. That's about what I do when grilling chicken or chops without sauce. I think most people only think to use cinnamon in baking, but I've found that it can be quite useful when grilling...

Whenever I make ribs or pork shoulder I always add cinnamon to my dry rub...I thought it was my little secret.
