Another Cover Change For EA? This Time For FIFA Soccer 09

XeNonX has the scoop.

Quote:
"It looks like EA could have another problem with one of their sports covers. This time with one of the cover stars on the North American version of FIFA 09 (image above).

The cover star in question is young up and coming USA and Toronto FC player Maurice Edu. XeNonX has learnt that there is some speculation about Edu’s future and that it is possible that the player could transfer to Scottish team Glasgow Rangers (for a fee of around £2.5m if anyone’s interested). More after the jump."
Platform: Xbox 360 / PS2 / PS3 / Wii / PSP / NDS / PC

Well, it is an improvement over the "cover curse" anyway.

Every player who wants traded will be screaming at EA to be a cover athlete

so what would they do? change the cover to include a current MLS player?

If so, I vote for Robbie Rogers.

Speculation? I'm pretty sure the deal is done.

Lets just keep it in Toronto and throw Dichio on there. Okay? Alright it's settled.
