Re: Little League World Series Baseball 2009 Screenshots (Gamespot)

Here's a short little review on the game wrote by me. I bought the game last week. I had heard it came out 6/23 but I got it at Gamestop on 6/18.

1-4 Players
Play by Play from Gary Thorne & Brent Musberger
Regional Tournament Mode

Full Team Editor
You can edit player names and change the team name from Mid-Atlantic to East Pennsylvania. Also choose a logo which also serves as name for team also. I created East Penn Bears.

Characters are like the Mii's found in Wii Sports. Game is actually fun in my opinion. If you build up this meter you can have pitcher throw a fast pitch with flames or have hitter hit it harder. I used it with my star player (Me) and hit a HR.

This is the second baseball game I have played on the Wii. The other was 2K sports baseball game. I found that hard and not a whole lot of fun. This game is tons of fun. If you wanted you could put names of real MLB players or an idea I had was the sons of MLB players. Just make up names.

James Rollins
Darren Jeter
Andy Rodriguez
Ryan Halladay
Trent Lincecum

You get the point. The only thing I could see could be added to the game would be a deeper season mode. Have generated teams and have to play through a season before having the chance to play in Williamsport.
