Strange how in 09 they said the issue was time huh? Or how the ps2 and xbox could do it.

As long as the gameplay is better after the demo, why care about helmets? Can't have it all in one year if not less development cycle by a new group of EA developers.

I don't understand why the game was more authentic on a lesser console. PS2 version was just more authentic. Sideline collisions, refs on the field on day one of the PS2 console, Team helmets in the probowl.

The trick they used to get the team helmet to work was just down-grade the images on the helmets. Easy.

Perhaps more of an effort by the previous dev. teams before the got the license. Now with Ian and crew hopefully that will change with "next" gen Madden games.
