Looks to be only the state that is correct though. City seems to be random. All the players I looked at had the correct state but wrong city.

I'm pretty sure it's been like that forever in NCAA. Made it kinda hard when I used to name the rosters myself.

It was always that way, but when I was going through the naming process of rosters, some teams had incoming freshman recruits with the same vitals, so you couldn't figure who was who until you see their state.
