Brown himself has been in trouble with the law in the past. Brown just sounds like to me that he is trying to make a few million by sueing EA over nothing. I really don't think he has a case here to tell you the truth.

I don't remember playing much with the classic players. How similar was EA's version of JB? I'm assuming they changed the number. What else was different/similar?

This is great news for Mr. Brown and other retired NFL players who's likenesses have been used without their consent or compensation.

While I don't agree with Jim Brown about this case, some of the things being said about him in this thread are borderline offensive, and have made crystal clear how little some people actually know about Jim Brown and his history in the NFL and after.

Much respect for JIM, but so what? Your likeness is in the game....Get over it and worry about cleveland.

I am sure it has alot to do with his own personal financial woes....

Either way, if he does win his appeal, which is inlikely, it would create other issues....But w/e
