So the patch and Tuner are out? I know the patch is out but the way people going about it I'm unsure if the Tuner set is available.

Is it worth even installing patch #3 without the Tuner?

Outstanding. I'm holding off downloading the patch until the tuner set comes out. It's pointless to have one without the other IMO.
