If they somehow procured pictures of players' faces ONLY (a la Madden) without caps and a generic white jersey, that would be perfect.

Re: MLB 11 The Show Video: Gameplay Footage From Community Event

got around finally to watching this on a computer that streams it smoothly.
wow.

this is making it very hard for me to hold out till 12

i just need ONE major injury to a main player in my Nationals franchise to make it easy for me to pack 10 away for good and grab this.
Tho, I could be a jerky and manually give Strasburg a torn rotator cuff!

I dont go gamestop so if i did get it, i need something preorderable from Amazon.

back to the video, not sure if it was mentioned [as I havent read through this fully ] but i see during one of the walk ups, the Height/weight/age was in the midst of being fixed.

Thanks a bunch Knight!
thats all you.

edit: just read a post on it [thanks to joe, the overlay guy!]

Thanks for posting this!
exactly. just look at 07 and REALLY see some insane progress.

I'd actually be curious to know how much of the ps3's power SCEA has tapped into so far after 5 games.

I know most [if not all] devs of games talk about how in sequels they learned more about the system and were able to get more out of it.

How much more can SCEA squeeze out of it, plus its a native to them, so they know more about how it works, no?

Oh we can still have real head shots. Then I am cool with that option.

Yes, I would love to know this as well. But honestly at this point, I woudn't mind too much if they said this is the best they will get the graphics to, because they look amazing!

Also, a nice thing about being 1st party sony is when the ps4 comes out (however far in the future that is) they will probably know ahead of time what the specs of it are and will be already starting on the ps4 version, prior to the console's release.

Re: Gameplay footage from MLB 11 The Show - Community Event

the one thing that really stood out to me was the animation that played when Reyes didn't throw out Braun. He makes a backhand play and then for some reason spins thus costing him to be late on a throw to first.

For those who attended the event, how often did this animation play out?

Thanks in advance

You know what is funny, I did not see that animation the whole event. The first time I saw it was in this video.
