I wa going to comment about this, but I'm glad someone else thought this as well. It's kind've a pet peeve ofmine when his happpens in the media when someone makes a slight comment and they "slammed" the person.

Very funny stuff though. Clearly just a playful jab and nothing more, and definitely not an attack on 2K.

That was my first reaction as well. It was clever banter and funny. And 2K has done similar things in the past. I believe that APF 2K8 had some commentary about the "No Fun Leauge"....or something to that effect. And there was once a rumor (in jest) that John Madden (The Hockey Player) would be on the cover of their football game.
