I won't just this video to harshly. I'll just wait for the demo like everyone else. If this game didn't have the official license I don't think it would sell as well as it does.

I'm still going to wait until the demo to decide a purchase but I have heard some good things about Career Mode lately.

Totally agree. I've played the demo for Pes2012 (PC), and I gotta say, though certain things need to be worked on (eg, goalkeepers) it plays an incredible game. Absolutely incredible. The AI is fantastic and the individuality of players shines through. And the way they have incorporated the momentum of players and the way players' body shift is so realistic. In Fifa, players turn on a dime; unrealistic.

I would go so far as to say that if Pes2012 can indeed fix a few things it could turn out to be the best sports sim I have ever played, along the lines of NBA2K11.

Looks about the same. Looks like I'll stick with my PES.

So almost everybody you play holds the sprint button down for the entire game and tries 1-2 passes all the way up the field?

You're either exaggerating or I have been lucky. I'd say at least 2 out of every 10 games I play are pretty enjoyable, fairly realistic games.

People have been sayin' stuff like that for years, but when the game comes out it just isn't the case.

I'm in the same boat. Lack of licensing bugs me, and I'm not too savvy at how to get and download already-made option files on the PS3.

Get FIFA, which most of my friends will get, with eh gameplay, amazing graphics, licensing and a variety of different teams not in PES (including Mexico, MLS, Bundesliga).

OR

Get PES, which less people will play and whose online servers I'm unsure and ignorant about, with great gameplay, decent to average graphics, lack of licensing and leagues.

Wish these games would combine. haha
