I SERIOUSLY doubt EA MMA 2 will ever come out. Strikeforce is not owned by Zuffa and all Strikeforce now have Zuffa contracts that restrict them from signing video game deals. The biggest fighters out there now are Fedor, Alvarez, Lombard and Aoki and none of them can sell a mma game anymore.

No way EA does that. That would mean losing a ton of money. The biggest number Bellator's ever done is 269k viewers. With EA MMA, EA at least had fighters like Couture, Diaz, Shields, Fedor, Overeem and Werdum who were at least somewhat well known by casual fighters.

We will just have to deal with THQ and hope they improve it.

There's something wrong with these releases, as I previously ranted about THQ's inability to make all the fighters

But if you count the players there should be 150 fighters in the game, 21-22 per weight class. Right now light heavy, heavy and lightweight has 19, 16 and 16 fighters revealed. This would mean that there would be 25 fighters per remaining weight classes.

You aren't counting the Pride fighters who will be announced last. Also THQ is counting duplicate fighters as individual fighters. So LHW Anderson Silva and MW Anderson Silva are counted as two fighters.
