If you download the Volkswagen Scirocco R (it's free) in the Marketplace, the pack will then show up in-game.

I upgraded the 57 Chevy to an A class car, It handles like a dream and sounds sweet. So far I'm loving all the Muscle type cars in this game. My garage is full of them.
