I'm guessing that the majority of people that are interested in EURO already have FIFA anyways (unless they bought it then sold it). Also it's pretty clear that 'add on DLC' means you need FIFA 12 to use it, though there are always those that don't 'get it' (I already know of a few around here that would make that mistake then whine about it, lol).

I'm taking a break from FIFA 12. I usually buy the Euro and World Cup games. I think it is a good value for the money, rather than paying for an entirely new game. FIFA WC 2012 was the only game of this type to actually turn out better than the regular FIFA game. FIFA 12 tops them all, so this roster/kit patch for $19.99 is very tempting.

hrmmm. isn't there supposed to be a UEFA Euro 2012 game made by Double Helix games coming out based on the CryEngine 3 engine? so does this mean there are essentially two UEFA Euro 2012 games coming out?
