Every year around this time, MLB: 12 The Show fans get ready to start their franchise. But some can’t do it without one important thing.

The Operations Sports Full Minors roster project, started by Michael Koncz, or you may know him better as Operation Sports forum member Knight165. The rosters include all of the minor leaguers real names, ratings, faces (when possible) and attributes.

great article....good to see Knight really gettin the recognition that he truly deserves...without him and his team, this game just wouldn't be the same

100% agree! It is truly amazing all the time spent on these rosters and every year they get better and Knight and Co. get them to us quicker and quicker.

Fantastic!!! I am very happy that OS has decided to feature one of their own for what he does for the Show as well as the game of baseball. I have become so much more into the minor leagues than I ever was and it's awesome when I see a player make it to the majors that I played with in the Show a couple years ago and say "I remember him, he made it to the show in my franchise abut the same time."

I also enjoy the fact that Knight has assembled an unparalleled group of people to make these rosters the best in sports gaming. The whole group are allstars in my world!!!

You learn something new every day. I didn't know that Knight hadn't played MLB The Show prior to 2005; I figured he'd been playing the game from back on the PSOne days.

Knight's rosters take an already great game to another level. I look forward to the release every year. I don't know how all you guys do it with the editing, though.

Great read, I've heard of Knight through TheShowNation forum and had to come here myself and thank him for the work he's done. I can see why everyone anticipates the release of this roster.

I've had a question for Knight. If there's anything on the show you can go more in-depth with and modify, what would it be?
