I didnt think I'd like Madden getting rid of their soundtrack, but I really enjoy playing the game without songs like this. Wouldn't be surprised to see NHL go that way in the future possibly.

Either way, it doesn't matter much to me.

It's EA being authentic to the real game. Go to every NHL arena and that's what they do, play music throughout the game. Imagine if they took away that from games, how boring and less exciting would that be? Can't see them doing this at all.

Mix in NHL 98 and NHL 96 (PC Version) music, and you're golden.

Anyways, despite my indifference for hip-hop, Classified's track is solid. As a big Foxy Shazam fan (thanks to their song in NHL 11), I would have thought their opening track from their new album (Welcome To The Church of Rock & Roll) would have been a better addition (to add, the song nature of 'I Like It' will cause some heavy censoring; although Classified's will be too).

Listened to most of the tracks, and it's another good soundtrack. Even with that, thank god for the customized music options we have these days.

That's why custom soundtracks are there. I could see EA losing them to save time and money on something the customers can fill in to their liking.
