Very excited about this
The way he says "when we introduce" has me concerned though. It makes it sounds like it will be introduced in the next installment. Is it confirmed for Madden 25? It is the feature I'm most excited for so I hope so.

This stuff sounds great but they do this every year for the past 15 years but they never work right. I'll play it before I buy it. I'm not falling for EA's bulls### anymore they.

This might sound petty, especially since I actually like the descriptions of the features, but I'm so sick of these named additions to the game. "ProTak". "Immersion". "TrueStep". "Phase Matching".

As if they're brand name additions we should recognize or that they'll build on. Very rarely do these things last more than a year, nevermind two or three. So giving them these marketable, catch-phrase/buzz-word titles every year gets funnier and funnier.

Again, I like the announced features, and it's kinda exciting. But the naming shtick they can't break out of is equal parts hilarious and distasteful to me, because they make me feel like "oh, great, this again".

This all sounds good. If they implement all this properly then we may have the best football game ever.

Re: Next-Gen Madden NFL 25 Features TrueStep, Phase Matching, Immersion & More

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the new systems. And it sounds like NCAA and Madden current gen have shown marked improvements, especially in the blocking and running departments. I do think they need to do an overhaul on passing. And that may be the case since passing wasn't available in the next gen demo.

It will be interesting to see how the game is coming along in the coming months.
