It's all about the lighting. Nobody should expect some HUGE graphical leap right into nex-gen. In my opinion lighting effects make everything look more realistic, and with the power of next-gen systems we should expect anything to be possible...eventually.

Take a look at MLB2k7.

Am I only one who thinks next gen the players look like clay?

Ummm, the game is gonna go gold shortly after the current gen releases, the nex gen version is slated for a November release if im not mistaken, they have about 2 1/2 months of dev time left.

But its looks good nonetheless and I hope a demo drops for the nex gen version!

The graphics (as usual) look spectacular. Still shots of Madden never cease to impress. What I am more interested in is when it all starts moving. I'll be a lot more interested once I see the players moving and interacting.

If the new MIN helmets are matte finish, then why do they show glare/reflection in the next-gen pic?

I have to be honest. I'm not as observant as some of you guys are so to me the current gen screenshot of RGIII was very comparable to next gens. These screenshots, however show that next gen is light years better. Look at the details in the helmet and uni!!!

Thank God the Bears' pants are blue...and it looks like the Captain patches have been flipped to be correct (current gen).
