Actually it does matter, because clutch for QBs makes your entire O Line go up too.

to me its a great thing to have in the game but correct me if im wrong i used people in madden 13 with the clutch feature and to me it seem like it did nothing at all to help players play better at crucial points in the game

Clutch doesn't mean talented. Clutch just means that you step it up in key moments/games. You don't have to be a good player to be a clutch player. I don't know why a lot of you guys are saying only 90+ overall players should be considered clutch.
