Varies by retailer, this is just a consolidated news post from EA promoting the offers. All are doing Xbox One, only Future Shop and Best Buy appear to be doing it for PS3/PS4 also.

Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada are offering a 60$ trade in on current gen Madden 25 towards either XboxOne or PS4 versions when they arrive, so it is almost a straight swap!(except for taxes and stuff)

I was entertaining the Idea of getting this on my 360 but i pre-ordered a PS4, and sold my ps3 on eBay last week!

I guess i'll just sit this one out until November...

Yeah I'm with you! I want to know if their any deals for people who choose to download digitally also?
Unless the problem is that stores are not setup yet to give out digital download codes for trade-ins yet?

Gamestop is doing the same thing for XBOX only though. Buy this gen and upgrade to next gen for $9.99. They have been doing this for awhile now, there are 3 or 4 more games this offer is good on as well.

Since that system doesn't exist, there is no benefit for digital purchasers that I've seen. These are all trade-in offers, why anyone who bought it digitally would be upset because they can't trade in their game now I'm not sure I completely understand. Some of these promotions existed and were publicized before release too.
