If you hover over the game on the PS4 home screen and hit Options on the controller and choose the Information option if will show you how much of the game you have downloaded so far. Until it says complete you wont have anything unlocked other than the Kings/Rangers game

On the PS4 dashboard it says both download/install of the game and update were completed (after 3 hours), but in the actual game I got a message that said only 24% was installed, and that number didn't change for over an hour.

I'm on the Ps4 and have been wanting to get this game but just haven't wanted to spend the money, until today. Great deal, looking forward to some hockey!

im having the same issue. what did you do to resolve it? ive been stuck on 24% for the last 2 hours.

I had the same problem. Ingame i saw that only 14% was downloaded.
I could not access certain parts of the game, like playoff mode.


Then this morning (i downloaded the game yesterday) I turned on the ps4.
Went to the NHL 15 icon and pressed options.
I saw that the game continued to download. After about an hour i had the whole 20gb downloaded and the game works perfect.
