Don't worry about the size. Steam has some tricks that allow the patches to be much smaller.

It takes a lot longer to load up and has crashed 2/4 times starting it up so far. My friend on Windows 8.1 says that he still can't connect, been 4 days for him.

No idea. Not up to me, and I'm on vacation back home in Greece to see my family and friends anyway. Just mentioning that you shouldn't worry about the relative size of the PC patch.

Just finished downloading mines and i have no clue what this patch did. But i do know this My rep bar is still frozen, my wins and losses don't count, and i still dont get any VC.

PS4 here and it downloaded 743.9 MB / 2.84 GB (99+ Hours left and is now stuck. Wonderful!
