Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR EA Access Trial Arrives on July 9 - Play For 10 Hours

The trial version of Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR arrives for EA Access subscribers on July 9, but the bigger news is that it will give users 10 hours of gameplay, instead of the 6 hours it had been in previously released sports video games.

Battlefield Hardline also gave users 10 hours of gameplay, when it was released in March. This leads us to believe EA Access trial games going forward, will give users 10 hours of gameplay, instead of 6. For Xbox One users, EA Access continues to be a great value.

We have contacted EA, if we get an official response, we will update this post.

Still a bummer nothing will be offered for the ps4. Wish they would at least give us a demo, and X1 still will get the trail version.

Why does Sony not let the GAMERS choose what is a good value for them.. Never understood why the companies claim what is good value for our personal use.

Nice!! I never thought 6 hours was enough time. Hell, it usually takes me longer to download it than I'd have in time to spend playing it. So, this is a welcome change for me. Hopefully it's not just with this game, but it's with all of them.

10 hours will give me a nice chance to get a few rounds in and decide if I'm buying it or not.

because, in sony's case here, telling us that ea access is poor value is really code for "we're scared this will eat into the sales of our psn now service".

sony doesnt want the competition.
